Atlanta, Oct. 3.—Thus far the fran chise tax law has added $11,095,752.23 in property values upon which reve nue is paid to the state of Georgia. There are still tour franchises tc be arbitrated, the aggregate assess ments of which amount to the sum ol $6,383,000. and make a possible total of 117.078.752.25. TLe franchises yet to be arbitrated are: The Savannah Street Railway com pany, assessed at $l,430,0i)U; the At lanta and West Point railroad, assess ed at $1,660,000; the Georgia Railway and Electric company, assessed at $2,200,000, the Atlanta Belt Rail poad comj^y,' assessed at $93,000. Of thesa tha Savannah Street Rail road comjjanyy is to be taken up by the arbitration board on Oct. 5 anJ the Georgia Railway and Klectric com'^- ya-ny on Oct. 8, with the others soon' to follow.
