The girl say shy struck the blow with the ax after having- cut her father's throat with a razor, while Willis was choking" her mother to death. After drawing the razor across the throat of her father and seeing that he was not detd, she picked up the ax and finished him. Her plea was that she did the deed to save her mother's life. Judge J.
