Broughton, of Raleigh, addressed the large multitude which was present at Buie's Creek last Thursday. Synopsis of the Address. "Ladies and Gentlemen, Pupils, Professors and Faculty : It is a pleasure to meet with you on this occasion. Five years ago it was my pleasure to meet "with you but under dif ferent circumstances.
