The death angel visited the
borne of Mrs. J. W. White Friday
morning, Aug. 3, 1017, at a boot
3 o'clock nod took from her her
beloved boabeod, wbo for many

White was 67 years old. He
leaves a widow aad ten children,
five by hie first wife, all of whom
are married, and five by hie Ual
wife, none of whom are married,
and thirty-two grandchildren, one
brother, Mr. Joel H. White, and
ooe aister, Mrs. W. G. Layton.
Mr. White bad been a deacon of
Rooky ilock Baptist chnrcb for
several years and was a faithful
member, attending regainrly as
long as he was able to do so.
The fonsral was oonduoted Satur
day afternoon by his pastor, Rev
W. F. Gals. The pall-bearers
were Messrs. Z. T. Evans, J. P.
and G. V. Ashley, &. W. Leery,
