bind ourselves jointly and severally to abide by the rules and regulations set out be

AUTO REPAIR
That the Chilton Rapid Flat Rate and Repair
Data shall be the basis of all charges.
AUTO PARTS
All parts shall be sold the customer at list price,
and with no reduction for volume buying, this to
mean that if customer buys one Wrist Pin cr six
Wrist Pins, or any other parts or supplies, in single
or quantity, the manufacturer’s list price to be used
for this basis of charge.

BATTERY WORK
It is agreed that charge of $1.00 shall be made
for recharging any automobile or truck battery, and
75c for radio battery. Rental of 10c per day shall be
charged from time rental battery is installed in car
until returned, 24 hours to be reckoned as a day basis
for this 10c rental charge. Re-insulation charge shall
be $1.00 for labor, with supplies at list price. Maxi
mum allowance for old battery on trade-in shall be
fifty cents.
WRECKER SERVICE
$1.00 per mile for the first mile and 50c per
mile for all over one mile. Work at scene of wreck
$4.00 per hour, for men and equipment.
TIRE REPAIRING fflB&gBBm
Minimum charge cf 50e for all punctures on pas
senger cars, and 75c for trucks—all vulcanizing extra.
Any car washed shall be charged $1.00, re
gardless of size, tor washing only.
