Shober) O, beauteous night, thou art supreme ly fair, With fragrant flowers blooming everywhere, The fleecy clouds, with glimmering star-light shining thru', Heralds the Queen of Heaven rising slowly through the blue. To come within thy magic spell, from day's dull care, And find relief, kissed by thy per fumed air, Soothed withal, cares flee away, And new strength is given for yet another day. INDEPENDENCE You can help your nation most today—by help ing yourself. As the individual is prosperous—so is the nation. No where in the world is the fact being demonstrated in a more convincing manner than here in the United States. We have national independence—thanks to the wisdom and courage of our patriots of '76. Individual independence today comes by working hard and sav ing. Saving accounts in the U. S. are greater than in any nation in the world. If yours one of them? If not you should resolve now to spend less than you make—and bank the difference. We solicit your account.
