Paint and Varnish increases the value of your prop
erty—many times their cost.
If done in time, painting keeps down the annual
maintenance expense by saving money that otherwise
would be spent for repairs or lost by depreciation.
The paint dollar adds more value than any other
dollar spent on your property.
