Bostic-Mathis Wedding. A wedding of interest to their many friends was that of Mr. Gray son Bostic and Miss Jennie Mae Mathis, which occurred Wednesday November 3, at the home of Rev. Z. D. Harrill, of Ellenboro. Mr. Bostic is the son of Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Bos tic, of Forest City Route two. Mrs. Bostic is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Manning Mathis, of the Pleas ant Hill section. They have many friends who join us in wishing for them much happiness in their new life.. Miss Katie Mae Green spent Sun day with Misses Grace and Nell Lewis. Mrs. Harry Lee Marlow of Ma rion, is visiting her mother this week, Mrs. Dave Green. Miss Nell Lewis spent the week- j end at home. The third Sunday night in this month Bethany B. Y. P. U. will go to Ellenboro to render a program. We hope that each member will do his or her part. Birthday Party. Miss Ruth Lewis celebrated her eleventh birthday Sunday afternoon. After many interesting games were played they were ushered into the dining room where there were 11 candles burning. They were served eskimo pies and cake.
