ary 1927 for the hauling and plac
ing of shells on the Harkers Island
road. The shells will be furnished
by the County, but the bidder will be
required to dig up and haul the
shells from Shell Point at the eastern
end of Harkers Island and place them
on the road. The shells to be put on
the road 16 feet wide and twelve
inches thick, and at such points as
may be designated by the Board of
Commissioners or their representa
