The commissioners plan to con tinue the long court battle to prevent the adoption by the State of three highways in the county and appeal from the decision of Judge N. A. Sin clair, who sided with the contentions of the state highway commission in the matter. The three hichway routes which the rnnntv would nrevent the state from taking ever are those leading from Raleigh to Creedmore, Wake forest to Durham County line, and from Wrwin to Cardenas.
