MAN ARRESTED FIVE YEARS AFTER CHARGE Greensboro, July 24 Five years ago Ehvood Brothers, 25, was arrest ed on a charge of violating the Fed eral prohibition law. The charge was not so very serious but Brothers failed to show up and his bond of $200 was forfeited, and a capias is sued for his arrest. Brothers today accidentally en countered deputy United States Mar shal Ira Johnson. He is now in jail in default of $500 bail and faces trial at the next term of United States District Court. power from one of God s honored servants. Thpv will make their home in Beaufort where Mr. Noe is employed in th Postofnce. .SNAKE BITTEN MULE BREAKS FROM STABLE, DROPS DEAD Clinton, July 20 A snake bite pioved fatal to a mule belonging to Rice Honeycutt, who lives in Hall's township, Sampson county. The mule broke out of the stall after being at tacked by the snake and fell dead in the yard of a neighbor.
