gage deed, bearing date of March 19th
1927, executed by John Avery to the
undersigned, recorded in Book 37, at
page 464, ".ecords of Carteret Coun
ty, North Carolina, default having
been made in the payment of prin
cipal and interest, the undersigned
will on the 17th day of March, 1931
at the hour of 12 o'clock, M., offer
