SHELLFISH RULES 5. (Amended) It shall be lawful for sail boats thirty-five feet in length and under to dredge oysters in Swan Quarter Narrows. 69. (Amended) It shall be unlaw ful to take or catch oysters with scoops, scrapers or dredges in the following described territories in Hyde County; Juniper Bay and Swan land of F. R. Seely and running par allel with Highway N. 11 degrees and 26 minutes East a distance of 90 feet to an iron stake at the southeast corner of the land of Billie Nelson; thence N. 68 degrees and 29 minutes West course a distance of 101 feet to an iron stake at the east boundary of land of State of North Carolina; thence a South 11 degrees and 26 minutes West course with the land of the State of North Carolina and John Rose a distance of 90 feet, to an iron stake at the boundary of the land of F.
