N. C. I Wish to express to the farmers of Alamance and adjoining counties my great appreciation of theii liberal support for the past four years. Having my Ware House burned in 1911, placed me at a decided disadvantage. It was not possible to render you the service that I wished, and that you so justly deserved, as I was forced to occupy one o^ the old rail road shops, until better quarters couJd be provided. I wish to express my great appreciation for the loyal support you gave even after the fire forced me to occupy such a poor house. A Blessing In Disguise Possibly the fire was a ‘‘blessing in disguise” as it inspired me to attempt greater things. I saw that the Burlington Tobacco Market was here to stay; with no market in North Carolina or Virginia able to surpassit in High Prices, and I saw further that no Tobacco Market in the world had a more loyal i>atronage. Realizihg these facts, I determined to give my patronage the very best equipment for handling their tobacco that it was possible to have. New Ware House Completed I have just completed one of the most up-to date Tobacco Ware Houses that is in the state of North Carolina. The lights are perfect, the stalls cannot be improved upon, the arrangements to make the farmers comfortable is one of the special features of rnv new house. My camp rooms will be equipped with spring beds. Just bring a couple of quilts with you and you can spend as comfortable a night at Morgan’s New Brick Ware House as if you were at an up-to-date hotel. I have also installed eleGtric lights, and toilet. There is nothing left undone that would add to your comfort. Prices on Tobacco Another thing I am sure ycu are interested in, is Prices on Tobacco. I look for good prices to rule on desirable tobacco the entire year. It is hardly necess iry for me to say what I will do when you bring me your tobacco. I have been in your midst long enough for you to know my record as a hustler. I know tobacco and the buyers know that I know it, hence good prices are assured when you are at Morgan’s. Wednesday, September, 17th I will open my Ware House on Wednesday, September, 17th. If you have a load ready bring it along and I will do my very best for you. Large Corps of Buyers We will have the largest corps of buyers we have ever had and the best bunch of fellows that ever bought a pile of tobacco. They are willing to pay you the very top prices for your tobacco. Aj^ain thanking you for past favors, and hoping to merit a continuation of the same, I beg to remain. Your Friend, MORGAN. I Will Begin Selling September, 17th. ii* iwsaaa ::--V:xr:’r-r;;rvs22-':
