The substance of the deposition was that caffeine was not harmftil when taken in tea, coffee and other caffeine bearing beverages, including coca. cola. Inspector Lynch was recalled and testified further as to conditions he foinid in the coca cola factory which he claimed were unsanitary. Dr. L. F.
