Coupons will be printed in each issue of The News and Times- Democrat, during the Contest, with the exception of the last week. Coupons from The News will count five votes each during the first two weeks ot the Contest, and One vote each after the first two weeks. Coupons from The Times-Democrat will count one vote each. 2. Paid-in-advance subscriptions to The News or Times-Demo- crat, turned in by contestants, will count for votes according to the schedule elsewhere on this page.
