PETER'S HOSPITAL NURSES ENTERTAIN A very delightful event in the. social life of the nurses at St. Peter's hos pital was the reception given last even ing by the junior class of nurses at St. Peter's hospital in honor of the grad uating class. The pretty rooms of the Parish House formed the setting for the affair. The guests were met at the door by Miss Emily Allison, the superintendent, handsome in a gown of light blue charmeuse, who extended gracious greeting. Presiding over the punch bowl was Miss Royall. Misses Bessie Estridge, Billie Mc Ghee and Margaret White served in the dining room, a delicious salad course and ices being served. During the evening vocal numbers were rendered by Miss. Estridge and Miss Stella McGhee, accompanied by Mr. J. H. Craighill and Miss Billie Mc Ghee. The graduating class number eight Misses Rose Allison. Mildred Smith, Nan Wiseman. Lillian Cox, Mane Stanford. Daisy Yandle, Annie Grif fin and Frances Johnson. - The rooms were decorated by Scholtz. the florist, the class color, red, being charmingly wrought in red carnations.
