McEniry’s Comer, or Tuesday Night, wUl be resumed tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the northwest lounge of the University Union. This informal weekly gathering of students and facul^ members to discuss just about anythicg that happens to come up was a popu lar activity in the fall, but for many reasons, had to be tempor arily discontinued. SCORE At UNC-G Presents Hawkins Barry Goldwater The Department of Research and Development is pleased to present two gubernatorial candi- Atkins Library Obtains Machine To Make Permanent Copy A Filmac 400 M reader-printer designed for making a permanent copy from microfilm is the latest addition to the list of equipment acquired by the Atkins Library. The semi-automatic reader- printer, manufactured by the Min nesota Mining and Manufacturing Company, is designed for printing from either 16mm or 35mm roll microfilm or microfilm in aper ture cards. The reader-printer is equipped with an accessory adapter which can be used for printing from microfiche up to 5 X 8” in size. Ac cording to Mr. Boykin, the mach ine will be used for printing only, and users will beassessedacharge of ten cents per print. Located in the Audio-Visual room on the second floor of the Afltins Library, the reader-printer will be opera ted by library staff members upon request of a student or faculty member who desires to have a copy made from microfilm or micro fiche. Microfilm holdings of the Atkins Library include the New York Times, WallStreet Journal, Chris tian Science Monitor, two Char lotte newspapers and several periodicals.
