Interview: Jim Hicks, The Elections Committee Head The final Interview for the Col legian this year was with Jim Hicks, chairman of the elections committee. Hicks, who graduates next Monday, is in his second year at C. C. He is treasui'er of Phi Theta Kappa, President of Sigma Tau Sigma, and a member of the Stu dent Council. Hicks is 26 years old. He was born here in Charlotte, and at- Y’es ,even lower than your allowance! His total time of active duty con sisted of four years. Hicks is presently employed by the Retail Credit Company as an insurance inspector.
