The electric flash at 9; 30 today (Tuesday) brought the message from Manila that Major John A Logan is dead. His body will be brought home. Whether his death was from sickness, accident or the casu alty of battle we are not in formed. Major Logan (if we are not mis taken) is the son of the illustrious statesman of the name, and was quite a young man.
