It will have an ele vation of thirty stories and will cover a site'lOO by 100 feet. Cold air and ice water will be supplied in every office from a common refrigerator plant, and water will be drawn from an artesian well. The work of construction, it is said, will begin next May, when existing leases affecting the site expire.
