Jones, of Lancaster, todav filed an action for dtraage in the court of common pas here in the sum of one illlon dollars asralnst LeRoy Springs, . John T. Stevens. H. R. Wright, and William J. Shecter. national bank examiner. The hll of complaint was placed in tho hands of Sheriff Hunter, ana will be served on Springs. The bill of complaint is one of the longest ever filed 'n the court of com mon pleas here, and is divided Into many allegations.
