IS HEREBY GIVEN that the List Taker for the town ships named below will sit at tho places named below at the times named from April 4th to May 2nd, 1932, at which places and in which months all property owners and tax payers in said township are required to return to the List Taker for tax ation, for tho year 1932, all Real Estate, Personal Property, Etc., which each one shall own on the first day of April or shall bd requir ed to give in. Persons who shall shall have been exempted from the payment of poll tax will, when they come to list, be required to exhibit a certificate of such exemption from the Clerk of the County Commissioners. All persons who are liable for a poll tax who fail to give themselves in, and who' own property and fail to list it, will be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction, fined or imprisoned. Dogs must be listed—the State law requires every dog to be listed. Persons failing or refusing to list dogs are guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined SSO or imprisoned 30 days. Section 402 specifies that the owner of the home (or lessee of such owner) shall be responsible for listing of any dog belonging to any members of his family, and for any dog found on his place. Dogs must bt listed this year. All persons failing to list before the list "taker and listing before Board of County Commissioners, will be charged a fee of twenty-five cents. Failure to list or attempt to evade just taxation will subject taxpayer to a specific penalty of 25 per cent, of all total tax and to such other penalties as prescribed by law. HOMESTEAD EXEMPTIONS.
