He made a profession of Fait It in Christ 8 years ago at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, but never did unite with any church. He joined the U. S. Army when twenty-one years old, and served through the Spanish American War. Doing service in Cuba. Af ~ter his discharge from the army he lived a number of years in I Chicago and Piano, 111.
