The regular spring term of Stokes Superior Court will con vene here on Monday. April 1. embracing two weeks. Judge P. A. McElroy will be on the bench, while Solicitor H. 1,. Koontz will prosecute for the State. The first week will be devoted to the trial of criminal cases. Only one capital case is on the docket, to-wit.. State vs Henry Pell, charged with manslaughter. Most of the other actions will bo minor, generally consisting «•' violations of the prohibiton law. The second week will be oc cupied with the trial of civil actions.
