«V/Thursday, September 22,1938 Mrs. Max Genet Entertains At j X "Pine HaU ; - 4 ; On Thursday evening Mrs. Max Genet entertained at a bridge party honoring Mrs. Richard Cooke Lawman, a recent bride, at the home of her mother, lira. J- S. Hanes at "Pine Hall." The home was beautifuHy dec orated for the occasion wit a early ftall flowers. Mi— Lucy Booe won high score prize, a scalf. Miss Margaret Pulton won second high, artificial flowers. Mrs. Lowman was pre sented with six ice tea glasses and a bon-bon dish. Refreshments were served to the fallowing: Mrs. Lowman, Miss Margaret Fulton, Misses Annie Hill and Helen Tuttle, Mrs. Edwin Green, of Walnut Cove, Miss Lucy Booe of Wia'kertown, Mrs. William Mc- Canless and Miss Luna Taylor of Danbury, Mrs. Tom Preston and Mrs. Max Genet of Pine Hall. At Stuart Theatre On stage in person, Saturday 2:30 p. m., and 7 p. m., Evelyn Frechette, sweetheart of Dillinger, gangster. A'so film "March of Crime and Frechette."
