Te Hasten Victory
No American wants this war
to co oae minute beyond the
time we can bring it to a vic
torioui end. To hasten that
victory—l» save possibly the
lives of millions of our boys
on our far flung fronts—lt la
imperative that every Ameri
can do his part in the Second
War Loan. There is an in
vestment to fit every parse.
The most you can do is little
enough compared with the sac

service. They give their lives
—you lend your money.

Hint* For Motorists «
By Joseph R. Rollins
The Atlantic Refining Company
WHEN replacing a bulb in a
headlight or other lamp it is a
good idea to coat the base of the
bulb with flake graphite. This will
prevent the bulb from corroding
and sticking ill the socket. Also, if
you wipe a little vaseline around
the Joint between the body of the
headlight and the rim. it will help
keep out water, and at the same
time make it easier to remove the
: leas.
