During the past week some eight hundred of these downy puff balls have come from the chaotic state of the egg into the light of day, by aid of the incubator. A little pond is to be built at the foot of the hill back of the farm buildings, where in the joy of swimming, the little ducklings mav forget the sorrows of orphanhood and wax lusty and fat.
