Tin Whis'les! Rah! Rah! Rah! Can we golf and can we sing; Can we make the echoes ring? "Well, we rather think we can; For the rest just "ask the man!" Yes we are; Yes we are; Tin Whis'les ! Tin Whis'les! Rah! Rah! Rah! The "Wow Wow Wow! Bah Bah Bah! Club," which is now known by the more appropriate name of the "Tin Whis'les' got together for its second tournament Monday and a farewell blow out to a fellow member, W. J. Fleming H President F. W. Kenyon offered trophies for the best net and best gross scores, and there was no protest when M. C. Parshall won both because they were of a character which would not keep. " If At a meeting of the Club after the tournament, the war cry which appears at the head of this story was adopted. Participating in this tourna ment were : M. C. Parshall, II. A. Fisher, W. J. Fleming, M. B. Byrnes, J. F. Greene, F. E. DeLong, F. J. Bailey, II. N. Burroughs, J. A. Baker, B. II. Thomp son, W. S. North, C. A. Lockwood, A. I. Creamer, II. W. Priest, L. B. Johnson, L. F. Brigham, B. S. Mills. CONSTITUTION, OFFICERS AND THE LIST OF MEMBERS MADE PUBLIC The third reference appears on Page 3 of The Outlook for March 5th; If The mystery surrounding the "Wow Wow Club, ' ' later known as the ' ' Tin Whis'les," is past for the Club now comes forward and announces not only its officers and membership, but a con stitution, as well. 1f It is further inti mated that certain rites and ceremonies which have been performed at "the eleventh hole" will be greatly modified and perhaps omitted, and strangest of all, it is said that sterling trophied, which are not so constituted as to be divisible in case of ties, will be offered as prizes in the future. If Furthermore, it is very doubtful if the members will again sing with old-time fervor the familiar war cry Beginning in an informal way, more as a frolic than anything else, the members have formed a Club which has for its object: "To promote a golfing fellowship begun at Pinehurst, and to maintain there a neutral zone for a choice and chosen few from outside organiza tions, to which it will be pleasant . to return year by year." Note The constitution in its original form, officers and a list of members complete the story. Editor. THE T miWAnEJIT SCIIEDUE Full JProgram of Coming- Events In Golf. "Flint Aii Good" and " The Went " The only "criticism" we've ever heard of Page & Shaw candies came from a news stand maid: "Why, we can't sell anything else when we have them ! ' ' If There are always plenty of "just as good, ' ' but only one best ! If There 's genius in candy making just as much as in art, and i i Charlie ' ' Shaw is it. If We won't enlarge upon the logic of th fact. 1f Decide for yourself ! They Trim the Colonel J. M. Thompson finished three up on Col.
