Ohio, which has more sectional golf
associations even than Illinois, is to boast
another; this time around Toledo. The
buckeye state has been able to digest two
or three corner pocket championships,
not to mention one near the center of the
stage with surprising facility, although
its golf does not compare with that of
New York, Pennsylvania and other com
monwealths, either in age or defusion.
Still there is nothing to indicate that
with the rapid development of the game
recently in every nook of the state that
the point of saturation has nearly been
reached.
