Sterling trophy for best qualification score; President's Trophy to winner of first sixteen; Governors' Trophy to winner of second sixteen; sterling trophies to first and second divi sion runners-up and consolation division winners. Special trophies for additional divisions. PUTTING A Women's Putting contest for a sil ver trophy is held on the clock greens every Thursday afternoon from 2 to 4.30. TENNIS April 10-15 United North and South. Men's sin gles, women's singles, men's doubles, mixed doubles; for sterling trophies. The Women's Challenge Cup, to be won three years before it can be kept by a player, is played for in this tour nament. TRAP and RIFLE SHOOTING April 17-22 Fifth annual United North and South Amateur Handicap. This tournament will be, registered and run under Ameri can Trapshooting Association rules. From November 22 to April 11 there will be a weekly handicap target tourna ment every Thursday for sterling tro phies. HORSE SHOW April 4-5 Fifth annual Horse Show. Entry blanks and prize lists may be obtained by writing to the Pinehurst Jockey Club. RACING Weekly racing matinees are held every Saturday afternoon on the grounds . of the Pinehurst Jockey Club. These races include steeplechases, races over the flat, trotting and pacing for professional riders and drivers, and novelty contests and gymkhanas for amateurs. POLO Games on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday each week. Second Annual Spring Tournament March 30 to April 15 .
