New York Office : 342 Madison Avenue Telephone : Murray Hill 9372 0 VS. : The Flood Gates at Pinehurst Open Unless the signs are at fault the visitors next fall will see a decided change in the village when they get back to Pine hurst. The large buildings about to be commenced will be the striking note in point of individual magnitude, but along with them it transpires that a number of private houses of considerable pretension will also be in evidence. In the last five or six weeks building plans have been floating around as active as bees in the clover season. It looks now as if Pinehurst is to see one of the busiest build ing seasons ever known. Better pick your location and get plans for your house, for it is hard to tell just how busy the carpenters and masons are going to be this summer. A lot in that quarter north of the Carolina looks good just now. Talk it over with the Real Estate Section, General Office, Pinehurst, North Carolina.
