The unusually pretty weather during the past week has brought
out a large number of riders who have followed the bridle paths
almost daily. Among those seen in the saddle recently were Mrs.
Carrolf D. Newell, Mrs. Walter P. Andrews, Mrs. A. H. Donnelly
the Misses Isabel Beckwith, Lucy and Annie Winton, Catherine

Dr. and Mrs. M. W. Marr entertained at dinner and the movies
on Wednesday evening for Captain and Mrs. W. W. Cowgill, Dr.
Richard T. Taylor and Messrs. R. C. Snow, Paul Dana and Joseph
Kent.

Mr. Jorge J. Jones, of New York, is the guest of Mr. and Mrs.
Lawrence Barr over the holidays.
On Tuesday afternoon at the Country Club Mr. and Mrs. Norman
W. Peters entertained as their guests for tea Mr. and Mrs. Walter

Mrs. Robert Anderson and Mrs. Frederick K. Ream are the

Mrs. Helen S. Farnum, of New York, is the guest of Mrs. W. H.
Nearing at her winter home, the Arcadia. Mrs. Farnum is a
contralto soloist of the Judson Memorial Church at New York, and
her soulful voice as well as her charming personality has won for
her many friends.
