A. Page, Jr., of Aberdeen, shooting with the aid of a handicap 10, led the field in the weekly 100-target trapshooting tourney this week and won the prize with a net score of 89-10-99. A tie, at 97, resulted between Norwood Johnston, Pittsburg, and Harry Kirkover, Buffalo, for second high score. Both of these shooters scored 91 actual breaks which was the best gross shooting of the day. Other good scores were J. P. Kineon, New York, 81-8-89; Edward Sweeting, Southern Pines, 77-11-88; B. V. Covert, Lock port, 80-6-86; Lee Page, Aberdeen, 67-25-82, and H. T. Whiting, Boston, 64-13-77. Mrs. H. E. Moles, of Montreal, registered 146 points out of a possible 150 in the rifle shooting contest for women, which was one of the highest scores that have been made this season. Miss Elsa Blancke, of Essex Fells, N. J., and Mrs. W. K. Morrison, of South Bend, Ind., tied, at 138, for second high honors, and Mrs. W. B. Merrill, of Newton Center, Mass., finished third with 130 points to her credit. Among others taking part in this event were Miss Dorothy Davis, Toronto, 128; Miss Barbara Presser, Englewood, 109; Mrs. G. O. Everhard, Great Neck, 100; Miss Genevieve White, New York, 99, and Mrs. W. Davis, Toronto, 98. t 11. M, 1 !
