Motion was made by John H. Liverman, Jr., and seconded by David E. Gay to adopt the fol lowing resolution: “Be it resolved that the Rep- representative, Hon. J. Raynor Woodard, be requested to intro duce a bill in legislature to stag ger the Grand Jury Term for Northampton County.” All mem bers presented and voted “Yes.” The Board accepted the resig nation of Marvin E. Coleman, Assistant County Agent, effec tive May 1, 1965. A motion was made by John H. Liverman, Jr., and seconded by David E. Gay to request theState Highway Commission to add the following road in Rich Square Township to the County road sys tem: “Road #1529 that leads from Highway #258 to Highway #561 and is less than 1/2 mile in length and is known as Jerusalem Road.” All members present and voted “Yes,” Motion was made by David E. Gay and seconded by H. C. Guth rie to appoint J. Guy Revelle, Chairman, and John H. Liver man, Jr., to attend meeting in Woodland, April 13, concerning a Mental Health Program for Gates, Hertford, Bertie and Northampton counties. Al! mem bers present and voted “yes.” Motion was made by John E. Boone and seconded by John H. Liverman, Jr., to appoint H. C. Guthrie and David E. Gay to work with B. H.
