Adopted last month, the budget is based on a town valuation of $1,113,501. The tax rate re mans the same, $1.25 for the general fund and 10 cents for the building fund, or a total of $1.35 per $100 valuation. This year’s budget reflects some salary adjustments but no major capital outlay funds. Current taxes will bring in the bulk of the income with $13,918 expected from this source for the general fund and $1,113 for the building fund.
