-y- r IN TRUST By virtue of the power of sale con tained in a certain Deed in Trust executed to the undersigned trustee in favor of N. A. Miller by Geo. R. McCall and wife Amrie E. McCall, on the 30th day of. January, 1922, 1 and duly registered in the office of the register of Deeds for Jackson County, N. M. Doyle on the West bank of public road; thence with road to the Beginning, containing 5 acres more or less. SECOND TRACT: Beginning on W. J. Bryson's '-S. W. corner on theWestsidc of public road, running N. 03 E. 70 yards with Bryson's line to a stake; thence S. 46 E. 35 yards to a stako; thence S. 63 W. 70 yards to a stake on the West side of said public road; thence with , Dr. Hoyle's (Now Master, Tate, Shanklin et al) line to the Beginning, containing one half acre more or less. THIRD TRACT: Beginning on a stake on the Webster and Walhalla road, South of S. C.
