Ellington has moved. He is now occupying the home formerly occupied by Mr. Norfleet Thomas. Mr. L. Joblin left Sunday for Bal timore and New York markets to look up some bargains in spring and sum mer goods. Miss Annie Robinson passed through Warren ton Saturday on her way to Palmers Springs, Va., to at tend the Reid-Robinson marriage. CARD CLUB MEETS The Card Club met' with Mrs. Bux ton Williams this afternoon from three at five o'clock. Auction Bridge - was played and the afternoon much enjoyed. THE RED ROSES ENTERTAIN The Red Roses had an entertain ment Thursday night "of last week and not only had a most delightful time, but added a large crowd of en thusiastic workers for our school. Miss Elisabeth Hunter was voted the most popular girl present and received as a. donation a delicious cake. Quite a number of couples engaged in a "Cake-walk." Miss Ethel Chandler and Mr. Alfred Ellington (both in fancy costumes) were declared the most expert couple, and received a handsome cake with a RED ROSE surmounting it. The candy and let Cream Booths did a nice business, and the whole affair wound up pleasantly with an old-fashioned Square Dance. Quite a nice sum . was realized.
