Township, Warren County, State of
North Carolina, described and
bounded as follows, viz:
Beginning at junction of Franklin
and Vance County lines; thence
to corner of Axtell district on
Shocco Creek; thence down Shocco
Creek to Hickory Grove Bridge;
thence along public road to Alston's
Bridge; thence along Franklin
County line to beginning.
Will take notice that pursuant
to a petition of not fewer than
twenty-five qualified voters in
aforesaid proposed District, endorsed
by the County Board of Education
of Warren County in the State
of North Carolina, we, the Board of
County Commissioners of said
county of Warren, by authority vested
in us, Act. 17, Sec. 219, 220, 221,
222, 223, School Laws of 1923 and
amendments thereto, do hereby call
