By the hook loads it is being nought up from about four feet of rater in Galveston Bay, between lalveston, Texas, and the mainand. By truck loads it is being iauled from a coast guard patrol oat to a storage vault on the sland. "Wet" Fishermen It all started a, few nights ago rhen a coast guard boat spied a uspicious looking barge anchored bout 1000 feet from the causeway rhich connects the island with the nainland. Investigation disclosed 'bout 200 sacks, each containing ix or 12 bottles of choice foreign nade whiskies, champagne, cognac ind other liquors. Using grappling looks and by diving, two men found vith the barge admitted they had 'fished" the dripping, mud-covered acks from the bay.
