Dawson, a former resident of Littleton, now manager of the Norfolk Sailors, passed through Littleton Thursday accompanying his baseball club to Greensboro. Mr. John Phillips of Hazelton, Pa., was the week end guest of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Thorne at Airlie. Mr. James T. Jenkins Jr. was a visitor in Raleigh Saturday. Mrs. C. F.
