Rl'SSIAN TEA
1 1/2 cups sugar
Rind of 1 orange
8 whole cloves
5 cups water
Juice of 4 oranges
Juice of 1 lemon
8 cups brewed tea.
Add sugar, orange rind,
cloves and water and boil
five minutes. Strain. Add
freshly steeped tea and fruit
juices. Keep hot until ready
to serve. Do not boil* Serves
