Counseling Service Planned In Warren A new counseling service will begin Monday under the sponsorship of the Cijllom Baptist Association. Two counseling centers, one at the Warrenton Baptist Church in Warrenton, and one at the First Baptist Church in Henderson will be operated and ten counselors will be available by appointment. Persons interested in counseling may call 257-4513 in Warrenton between the hours of 1 p. m. and 4 p. m. or 438-3172 in Henderson between the hours of 9 a. m. and 5 p. m.. Monday through Friday. No fees will be charged. The award, planned by the Academy is an annual award to a judge each year, the newspaper stated. Judge Hobgood is the first recipient of the award. Bill Thorpe of Rocky Mount presided over the meeting of some 350 lawyers at the banquet with presentation of the award being made by Eugene Phillips of Winston Salem. The award cited Hobgood for his distinguished and exemplary service as a Superior Court Judge. The award states: "Be it known to all people that on the 16th day of January in the year of Our Lord the one thousand nine hundred seventy sixth, in the year of American Independence the Two Hun dredth.
