Peoples of Henderson. During the mixed session a total of 21 continuations were granted with the following action taken on cases tried: Maachi Avery, speeding 65 in 55 mph zone, called and failed. Ordered arrested for appear ance on June 11 with bond set at $100. Michael Aycock, breaking and entering and larceny, no probable cause of guilt of defendant found. Donald Lee Boyd, resisting officer, ordered to jail for four days. On charges of entering and larceny, prayer for judgment continued. ;j Pettway Burwell Boyd, driving under influence, order ;j ed to jail for six months, •; suspended for one year on condition that he remain of good behavior, not violate any State or Federal Laws, fined $100 and court costs, ordered to attend alcoholic control course and not operate motor vehicle on highways of N.
