Warren District Court
Thirty cases were tried in a
mixed session of district court
on Friday with Judge Ben U.
Allen of Henderson presiding.
The judge continued 16 cases of
the 48 docketed with the
remaining cases disposed of as
follows:

voluntary dismissal.
Cloice Ennid Burnette, Jr.,
firelighting deer, fined $50 and
court costs.
Claude M. Cannady, driving
under influence, fined $100 and
court costs, ordered to surrender
operator's license and not
operate motor vehicle on
highways of N. C. for 12
months.
