K. R. Jackson appeared in court for a 96-hour hearing of second degree arson incurred in Franklin County. Horace Green Morris, driving under influence, transporting broken sealed whiskey and failure to drive right half of highway, found guilty of D.U.I, and other charges dismissed. Ordered to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months on condition that he pay fine of $100 and court costs and not operate motor vehicle on highways of N. C. Sylvia Richardson, failure to comply with court order, ordered arrested for appearance on March 18 with bond set at $50. McKinlev Silver, assault on female, ordered to jail for six months, suspended for one year on condition that he not be found guilty of assault and pay cost of court. Warren Has 13 On Dean's List Thirteen students from Warren County have earned places on Vance-Granville. Community College's Dean's List for the fall quarter. To qualify for the Dean's List, the students had to maintain grade averages of 3.2 (B) or better in at least 12 credit hours for the entire quarter. Warrenton students honored were Wanda Mae Rainey, Mary J. Cameron, Ann Fleming Spence. Henry Clifton Hayes and Thomas R. Rurchette. Norlina Students listed include Harriet P.
