at Friday's mixed session of
Warren County District
Court. Presiding Judge
Claude W. Allen of Oxford

for failing to appear and set
bonds from $100 to $2000.
Of the 53 cases docketed,
14 were granted continuances
and 15 were called and
failed.
Cases disposed of included:
Willie Lee Adkins, speeding
61 in 55 mph zone, court
costs.
Edgar Joseph Bachman,
no inspection sticker, called
and failed. Ordered arrested
for appearance on October
14 with bond set at $200.
Vincent Lawrence Bencivenga,
failure to reduce
speed to avoid accident,
court costs.
. Wesley Boler, driving
cantff, waived right to
formal presentation of evidence
and ordered to jail for
six months, suspended for
one year on condition that he
surrender operator's license
