in 55 mph zone, found guilty
of exceeding a safe speed,
fined $20 and court costs.
Solon Alston, hit and run,
damage to personal proper
ty, assault by pointing gun,
assault with a deadly
weapon, communicating
threats, ordered to jail for 40
days, suspended for 12
months on the condition he
pay $20 fine and court costs,
not drink any alcoholic
beverages for 90 days and
reimburse state for attorney
fees. On possession of
marihuana charge, he was
fined $50 and court costs.
Jerry Warren Baskett,
speeding 65 in 55 mph zone
found guilty to exceeding
safe speed, ordered to jail
for 20 days, suspended for
six months on the condition
he pay $10 and court costs.
Wallie R. Blount, failure
to stay to the right of
highway, found guilty of
failure to reduce speed to
avoid an accident, fined $25
and court costs.
