Refreshments will be served. Former Pastor To Speak The Rev. Philip Lykes will be the guest speaker Sunday night, Sept. 27, at 7:30 o'clock at the North Warrenton Baptist Church. He is a former pastor and at present is pastor of Southside Baptist Church in lakeland, Fla. The public is invited to attend. Annual Homecoming Set The Warrenton Church of God will be having its annual homecoming on Sunday, September 27. The morning speaker will be a former pastor, the Rev. W. C. Loftis. The featured singers will be the Collie Family of Nashville. Lunch will be served at 1 p.m. on the church grounds. The public is invited. Open House Is Scheduled The staff and students at Kittrell Job Corps Center invite the public to attend an Open House from 1 p. m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27. Tours of the center will be conducted and refreshments will be served. Office Hours Are Listed Dr. Mark Pomerans has begun a general practice of medicine at Norlina. His services are available for family planning. Effective Oct. 19, a pediatric nurse practitioner will join the staff. His office hours are from 8:30 until 5:30 Monday through Friday. Sulphur Springs Church Will Have Homecoming The Sulphur Springs Baptist Church at Elberon will have its homecoming on Sunday, Sept. 27. Sunday School will begin at 10 a m. and the worship service will be at 11 a. m. The speaker will be the pastor of the church, the Rev. Julian Mills. Dinner will be served on the grounds.
