In Memoriam
In memory of our
daughter, Julia Adams
Cox Harris.
A Special Breed
For everyone who knew
her
She always had a smile
See God thought we
needed some sunshine
So He just loaned her to
us awhile.
1 think everyone thought
she was special
To frown there was no
need
Because she would fill
your heart with
laughter
Because she was a
special breed.
But God works in many
mysterious ways
Because she was only
twenty-seven
But He wanted her for
an angel
So she went with Him to
heaver1.
Julia knew she was a
special breed
With her thoughts and
love and smile
So she left us a part of
her,
She left us our only
grandchild
She got her mansion
early
And sometime we may
not think its fair
But she was His all
along
Because a special breed
is rare.
But one day we'll go and
join her
On that glad reunion day
Cause God promised us
a mansion
And together we'll
always stay.

McGRIER ROSE
winter due to severe cold in the midwest, they
resumed their trip last month.
They have a standing appointment to visit
President Reagan, a fellow senior citizen, when
they arrive in Washington.
Their motto, "Walking Senior Citizens, We're Off
Our Rockers" is their way of telling the world that
there is a lot more for olde" Americans to do than
rock.
Before beginning the journey, Louise was a hotel
cashier, a she had held for 30 years, and Jan was
a 35-year veteran gaming dealer and government
worker.
They now pay their way with the help of Jan's
Social Security and Louise's widow's pension.
Although their original destination was the
nation's capital, there was talk of continuing on to
Maine when they were here last week.
Those who met the lively duo hope to hear more
from their new-found friends—whereever they are.
